Poker and I have completed a list of members who are currently allowed to open deck shops. The following members are the only members currently allowed to open deck shops.

Until further notice, prices for decks may not be over 100 DP.
You must notify either Poker or I that points need to be transferred, and provide the link to your shop for us to check. My suggestion is to wait until points have been transferred before you send the decks out.
