Anyone I find to be flaming someone over what deck they choose to use, for no good reason will be BANNED. for a week. if they try to evade the ban, i'll move it upto a month.

If you flame anyone for "top decking" in a duel and winning, I'll ban you for a week, etc.

I've had enough, and I've iped one moron for this already and I don't intend to unban him for atleast a week.
