I would like to play a universal RPG, where we could meet friends and foe from any time period. (Of course that means I'm not worried about the time issue)

I would like one of the Testers to be the GM, while anyone who wish to join are the duelist. Any duel will be played on DN, where the fate of the duel will be decided.

I was kinda wondering though if it wasn't fixed, so that there could be any interesting twist as to what could happen in the world of this game.
